Trade Show Outlook is Good; Computer Rentals Can Help with Budgeting

Trade show computer rentals have never looked so good. A recent report on TSNN.com discussed results from the second quarter Trade Show Activity Indicator (TSAI).

The data show that while people are being more selective about how and where they spend their money, according to RD Whitney of TSAI developer Caroo Media, “…there is strong interest in staying visible in the marketplace through the cost efficient means of attending trade shows.”

TSNN.com’s own research shows that, among exhibitors, there is a stronger focus on maximizing trade show budgets.

Equipment rentals can help trim the fat from any trade show budget, while still allowing your business to wow trade show visitors. Vernon Computer Source offers laptop and computer rentals, LCD rentals, plasma display rentals and more.

Trade shows offer valuable marketing opportunities. With computer rentals from Vernon, you can realize significant savings in your budget and create a strong presence on the trade show floor.

Audio Visual Equipment Rentals

A recent article in the New England Business Bulletin noted the importance of following up on trade show leads. The article likens lack of follow-up to a house party where you spend tons of cash, give away great food, drinks and a small gift and get nothing in return. The upshot of the article is that you can collect all the business cards you want, but without an effective follow-up strategy, your trade show presence will leave you with nothing but a huge bill to pay.

The article makes some great points about the importance of follow-up and how to do it, but neglects to discuss the critical role of data collection. Stuffing business cards in your pocket is not exactly ideal. What you need to facilitate your follow-up is computer database.

You can use trade show software that is programmed to store and quickly retrieve prospect data or you can design your own form for quick entry of essential contact information. Once the data is in your computer, you can simply dump it into a form letter or email when you return to the office and distribute your follow-up package right away.

On the subject of technology, you may want to make sure your exhibit booth is outfitted with the latest in laptops, projectors and screens. Talk to the trade show technology experts at Vernon Computer Source to find the right equipment for your exhibit space. Vernon offers a wide selection of audio-visual and computer rentals, delivered right to the trade show floor.
